The sky drops black and heavy over the rough rock. It’s a cloud ballet of measured dignity, dark and mischievous, but at the same time impressively elegant. The sky is the director of the landscape, devouring light and color. The shadow area grows, the darkness coats the soul. However, light on the horizon provides a gracious melancholy. It is afternoon, four o‘clock in the afternoon. We are getting ready for the next shoot. The sky gives us a friendly blue. While we are planning the shoot, the god of weather switches the light off – and the scene is abruptly changed. And now the lava scenery shows the whole variety of its facets - sharp-edged, serrated, round, porous… a rigid river, in which the red of the roadsters seems to sink. Just a click on the trigger, a short moment in Iceland.
